Business Development Manager
Barb rejoined the firm in April 2024 as our Business Development Manager.
From her beginnings in 1992 as a personal assistant to various Family Law Accredited Specialists in Newcastle, to then moving on to study Conveyancing Law and Practice through Macquarie University, she has continually demonstrated a knack for problem-solving, relationship-building, and strategic thinking.
Barb is poised to lead the charge in expanding Gillard Family Lawyers’ reach and impact across New South Wales. Drawing on her keen understanding of the legal landscape and her extensive network of connections, she will explore opportunities for growth through targeted marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships.
Outside of her professional endeavours, Barb is a dedicated advocate for her community, finding fulfillment in giving back and making a difference. Whether she’s volunteering her time, supporting local causes, or engaging with fellow professionals, Barb approaches every opportunity with enthusiasm, empathy, and a commitment to positive change.
