Olivia commenced her legal career in 2018 and has worked exclusively in family law for six years. Since graduating from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Laws/Diploma in Legal Practice and Bachelor of Communications in 2021, Olivia has assisted her clients to achieve favourable outcomes in diverse parenting and property disputes.
Olivia understands that her clients are often experiencing one of the most difficult times in their lives and where possible, aims to ensure that clients attain a resolution to their family law matter in a cost effective and timely manner. Olivia regularly negotiates on behalf of her clients during mediations and is a strong advocate who often appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. Olivia has experience in a wide range of matters, including; complex parenting matters involving risk and relocation, property settlements and divorce proceedings.
Olivia is a compassionate and empathetic lawyer who provides realistic and meticulous legal advice to ensure that her clients understand the family law processes and the range of outcomes that they are likely to achieve.
Olivia is admitted as a solicitor to the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Olivia is a member of the NSW Law Society, Newcastle Law Society and the Hunter Valley Family Law Practitioners Association.
