- Standard Will for a single person $330
- Standard Wills for couples $550
- Standard Will, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardian for a single person $550
- Standard Wills, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardian for couples $990
- Power of Attorney $165
- Enduring Guardian $165.
Probate and Administration of Estates:
We have a compassionate approach towards our clients that are dealing with some of the most difficult circumstances life has to offer such as the loss of a loved one. Our legal costs for the Probate and Administration of an Estate is in accordance with the charges set out by legislation. Any additional charges that may be charged will be disclosed to you prior to our firm taking conduct of your matter.
